I loved the yard… even though it rained it was nice enough to use the patio and enjoy the sun ☀️ it was perfect for a fire pit, and once the spa heat was repaired we used that too

We enjoyed the property
Property was very comfortable and organized for 2 families, our kids enjoyed the pool and the games, cooling system was perfect and bed sheets were clean. Kitchen was full of plates, cups and cookwares. Overall it was very satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.
Loved the property, neighborhood & had a wonderful time. The only thing to note about the house is that the layout is unorthodox and you essentially walk through the master to get to the rec room. But that didn’t bother us at all.

Great outdoor experience, but lacking inside
The grounds have lots of quirky features and the pool is immaculate. We spent all day in the pool and had a blast. The games kept us entertained at night time. Be prepared to have a hard time sleeping, the beds are uncomfortable and the fans are noisy. Nice area with lots to do, close to downtown La Quinta.

We highly appreciate your review, Alberto. We have brought your feedback and private comments to the local operations manager, and steps have been taken to make the necessary fixes and improvements to the home. We hope to host you again in your future stays.
Unfortunately was not happy with my stay first the house is listed as three bed room but they only have two. Also the front door lock was broken and had to wait 30 minutes outside at 1 in the morning to get help and they mention “sorry our door complicated” won’t stay here again
A wonderful place for a getaway. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood.
Inside: one main bedroom and bath seem newer. One smaller bedroom and bath that seems a little older.
Everything we needed inside as far as bathroom amenities and kitchen needs. Outside had everything for a relaxing getaway. Pool was wonderful. BBQ was clean.pool table and plenty of games kept us occupied.
Would look forward to staying there again.

This property is operated through Vacasa. The only thing VRBO does is charge a "service fee".
But the house..
The house is nice and big. It was very clean and the AC works good in the desert heat! The layout is a little awkward, but we were not in the house long. The pool and hot tub were clean. Propane was stocked. Nothing bad to say about this stay, I would stay here again.

Good day,The pool/spa and surrounding area was quite good; however, I believe that VRBO failed to look at this property with any due diligence whatsoever. I am referring to the fact that when I signed for this property it said there were 3 bedrooms and a loft. My wife and I , after 29 days have yet to locate bedroom #3. We found 2 (two) bedrooms and a loft. The low ceiling in the loft prohibited an adult from standing up. There was no cable t.v.....when in 2026 does a rental property not have cable t.v. VRBO should have made certain that a renter is apprised of such an omission. I would NEVER have rented this property had I known there was wasn't cable t.v. available. For example: because of the lack of cable t.v. I was unable to watch the Super Bowl or any 2026 Winter Olympics. The layout of this property leaves a lot to be desired. The distance from the dimly lit kitchen to the dining room table is 40(forty) paces....ridiculous. When taking your meal from the kitchen to the dining room table the route takes you past the 2nd bedroom which has a door that allows privacy, to the master bathroom...now get this...which has no door; hence wide-open to any passerby...you then walk through the master bedroom also without a door for privacy...bloody idiotic design. Just imagine that if we had received company during our stay how detailed the logistics would have had to be from a privacy stand point. Needless to say my wife and I are not pleased with this property.
We had an amazing experience and definitely coming back
The only comment that we were in manager, is it a little bit of a -1st got in the house that had a smell… But once we open up all the windows, everything was fine… Not sure if you want to install air fresheners so when people arrive, they don’t smell any lingering odors lol… I am honestly that was just such a small issue for us

Ok place for a single family getaway
Ok stay. Pool was nice. It was unfortunate that you have to book the heating before the trip. We wanted to check the weather and the pool temp, and when cold, tried to get heat turned on for the 2nd-5th day, but that couldn’t happen. There were people coming through the gate nearly every day (pool, garbage, gardening), but that wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, layout was awkward and there were some nuances, but we would probably go back.

Good place, bad rental company
Property was good. But the rental company, Vacasa, double booked the property. Fortunately, I was the rightful renter so the other group left but it was very concerning that the other group had access. In order to access the property you were given an “access code” to use on key pad to get in the house. The other group had a physical key to get into the place so the circumstance of the double booking was sketchy. Additionally, when talking to Vacasa and one of their managers they refused to admit there mistake of double booking and did not give me an answer to how to happened. Would not rent from Vacasa again.
Paid for Heated Pool, Never worked until an hour before check out
I had a special Bday weekend for my wife with family, When we showed up the pool/Jacuzzi Heater which we paid extra for about 80 x 2 days was not working, I must have called about 10 times then finally was told someone would fix it, never happened until an hour before our last day check out finally someone came over and fixed it. I was told I would be refunded for the heat that did not work that I aid extra for, even had the email and phone message that the refund would be given, as of today a month later and NO-REFUND, so I paid about 200 extra for absolutely nothing - Very disappointed and when I call they say the same over & over that they will get back to me with a reply.

Great outdoor space, weird indoor space
Pros:
- Outdoor area is awesome! Pool, hottub, cool art sculptures, plenty of chairs, big table for eating, nice big BBQ grill.
- Pool table was fun ... we played it alot. Other games were available too.
- Kitchen had plenty of supplies and even spices for grilling.
- Parking spots inside the gate.
- Close to Old Town LaQuinta with bars and restaurants.
Cons:
- When we arrived, the code that they provided to get into the house did not work. We had to call to get a new code (which was a pretty quick process, though)
- The beds/bedrooms don't really match the listing. The sleeping areas are 2 bedrooms (not 3), a loft and two common rooms with sofabeds. I guess they are considering one of the common rooms a bedroom? But there's just sofabed there (no bed).
-The layout is weird. You have to go through the master bedroom (or outside) to get from the kitchen to the main family/rec room. And the loft has a very tight spiral staircase that is hard to navigate. Good space for small kids, I suppose, but tough for grown adults. We opted for the hideabeds instead of the loft for that reason. Hideabeds were comfortable enough.
Bottom line:
It wasn't perfect but we liked it. We would stay again.
