If you're looking for a sweet little spot with a view, The Loft is a dreamy studio condo overlooking Lakeshore Resort and East Grand Traverse Bay. The Loft truly lives up to the phrase “breakfast in bed” with its intimate floor plan and breathtaking bay views.

With a private walkway and entrance, you'll enter and take a flight of stairs up to your cozy retreat. This space features low ceiling heights and a narrow hallway (approximately 3 feet wide), making it snug but perfect for a little getaway with a close friend or significant other.

Small but mighty, The Loft offers a queen-size bed, an efficiency kitchenette, air conditioning for summer comfort, and heat for the cooler months. Enjoy playing cards or sipping coffee at the table while watching the sunset after a day spent swimming and sunbathing on our private beach. The Loft is an awesome little beach escape you won't want to miss!

GUEST ACCESS
With a community-style layout, Lakeshore Resort feels like a miniature neighborhood. It's ideal for family reunions, gatherings, or time away with friends. Private units allow you to enjoy your own space while also having access to shared outdoor areas. Most units have a front porch with seating, and there are additional shared spaces including beach lounge chairs and a grill with picnic tables.
Each unit is fully furnished and stocked with your vacation essentials. All units include air conditioning (and heat for cooler months), a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, plus a living space with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Linens, towels, trash bags, paper towels, and bathroom toiletries are provided. Be sure to review the full amenities list when packing.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Just minutes from downtown Traverse City, Lakeshore Resort offers the perfect balance of beach days and city nights. Downtown Traverse City features excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Be sure to check your booking information for our local recommendations.
For family-friendly activities, the TART Trail is nearby for biking and walking adventures. Pirates Cove Adventure Park and mini golf are popular favorites, with ice cream and fudge shops close by. For activities like horseback riding or kayaking, reach out to the Elevated Homes & Hospitality team — we're happy to help plan your trip.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The Loft is located near the resort entrance and slightly farther from the beach, so there may be some road noise. A small noise machine is provided for your comfort.
The Loft is above a space previously used as the office. The office area is accessed occasionally for supplies but is rarely occupied. You may occasionally hear minimal downstairs noise.
Lakeshore Resort grounds are shared with all guests. Shared areas include the BBQ grill, picnic tables, beach, and parking lot. Our team maintains the grounds daily.
Lakeshore Resort does not provide boats or watercraft for rent. Nearby boat launches are available, and boats can be anchored offshore. Small watercraft such as kayaks or canoes may be stored on the private beach during your stay.
Parking is shared with numbered spots assigned per unit. The lot is small and cannot accommodate boat trailers. Off-site trailer parking is available at Timber Ridge, minutes away (call ahead for rates).
Cameras monitor the parking lots and office area.
This is a strictly non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors.
