This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps 10+ and was built for groups who want to experience Nashville the right way: rooftop sunsets with a fireplace, 4-car garage parking, and a speakeasy vibe that makes every night feel like an event.

THE HOME
Three stories of thoughtfully designed living space. Ground-floor main living room and fully equipped kitchen. Second floor has 3 bedrooms plus a laundry room. Third floor has the 4th bedroom, a second living area with wet bar, and direct rooftop access. Two full living areas means groups can spread out or come together.

4-car parking (depending on size of vehicles, 2 garage + 2 driveway). In Nashville, this is rare and genuinely valuable for groups.

Beautiful, roomy property! Amazing location! Walkable to restaurants and stores. Host responded quickly to questions and receptive to updating kitchen pots & pans. Rooftop deck perfect for lounging; just not much of a view. Overall, wonderful stay!

Host was very responsive to all communications. Prior reviews were accurate about property - on the 3rd floor the door handle was broken to bathroom, shower curtain had mold. and a raised/warped floor board by sliding door. Although brought to the hosts attention by a prior renters reviews- none of the concerns were corrected before our visit. Lastly the curb on the driveway to garage is broken and has many rough sharp metal/concrete that are broken and sticking up - areas that could puncture tires. We were most disappointed that there was not a TV on the rooftop deck as advertised. This was not disclosed to us until after we booked. Beautiful property- just need to address concerns for a 5 star review.

Great location and expansive property. Many restaurants and stores next door for easy access and less than a mile to fun entertainment. Quiet, didn’t hear neighbors once.Would say you do have some stairs to manage so if you have physical difficulties this could be a challenge. Wasn’t a problem for our group.Recommend coming through garage and in property that way, easiest access by far.

The place was beautiful. Lots of room. Nice bathrooms. Convenient to a good bit of things, like restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The only issue we had was the top floor was too hot to be in, both living space and bedroom. We initially thought it was hot because of the sun coming through the windows and it being on the 3rd floor, but at night, it didn't get any better. Found out it was because the top floor A/C didn't work. Since we only stayed a night for a convention, it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm sure once it is working, the place will be incredible, as the top floor looked great.

I typically leave high-star reviews and don’t want to unfairly ding Maulik, who was a nice and responsive host, but future renters deserve an honest account. The location was convenient to downtown, the neighborhood felt safe, and we could walk for fresh coffee. The kitchen and primary bathroom were nicely decorated, and the patio was pleasant despite overlooking construction and Walgreens.Unfortunately, the property needed attention and didn’t fully reflect the photos. There was a strong stale‑beer odor; the sofas were matted and stained; the furniture was nicked; several doorknobs were loose; and the flooring sagged or buckled. In the primary bedroom, one pillow had a raised brown crust, the blinds were heavily dusty, and uneven flooring caused a nightstand drawer to stay open. The master shower window faced a neighbor’s window and needed covering. Upstairs, a tub backed up while showering, the water pressure was painfully strong, and the adjoining bedroom door required a hard yank to open. Included some good/not good pics; wanted to be balanced.Messages from Maulik possibly stopping by to replace patio furniture and change the garage code mid‑stay were confusing, leaving us unsure whether he had entered while we were away.The rental has three levels and many stairs, and the driveway and garage are accessed through a narrow alley that made maneuvering a trailer difficult (see pic).With a deep cleaning, repairs, and new sofas, this could be a very nice rental!
