Ett stort och privat parti med separata vÀgar i hela har alla lagt till denna studio. Studion ligger centralt mellan Downtown Historic Charleston, strÀnderna pÄ Sullivans Island och Isle of Palms. Denna pittoreska fastighet erbjuder utsikt över en sjö tunnland med sjö tunnvatten, trÀsk och vackra solnedgÄngar. Best hosts you could ever ask for! We were constantly checked on to make sure we had everything we needed.The studio room was spacious and comfortable; the bed and bedding were perfect. Kitchen well equipped with extra perks from Jackie & Chris.Finally, the property was extraordinary. We saw amazing wildlife and sunsets off their dock.This VRBO gets our highest recommendation. Beautiful views of Shem creek. Lot of space on the property. Amazing fire pit (unfortunately we didn't get to use it because of rain, but it would have been amazing if weather had cooperated). Room is very nice, modern, and clean. Zero complaints.

This is probably my favorite property we've stayed at! The pictures just don't do it justice. It's quiet, peaceful, and those sunsets from the dock each evening are breathtaking. Jackie was an exceptional host too! She even gifted us with Callie's biscuits and their homemade fig jam and honey from their own hives.

Anniversary weekend away

Beautiful little spot on Shem Creek. Perfect location to do all we love to do in Charleston. This sweet little studio was private, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It was extremely affordable and the hosts were very kind. We had a wonderful time. highly recommend this place if you want a nice little getaway.

Incredibly serene and cozy from the moment we arrived! Loved the two large floor to ceiling windows that "framed" the tranquil pond just outside the entry door. Super comfortable king bed, perfectly layered with soft linens and pillows. Extra bonus, (should you need to cook) is a complete kitchen with stove, fridge, and open shelving displaying white dinnerware and glass ware. The owners did a fantastic job of combining color, textures, and comfort!! Check in was a breeze with coded entry. We enjoyed our time at the studio and most definitely will return!

In order to stay home with my two children, my husband and I decided renting out the the Studio on the first floor would be a great opportunity to help subsidize our mortgage, and share our beautiful location.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Once you arrive, you will see what a unique piece of property this is. With Shem Creek on one side of the garden and a five acre lake on the other side, we enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the marsh. Yet we are a stones throw to the heart of Mt Pleasant. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You will be the only person sharing this property with us. You have access to the creek, kayaks and two bicycles to help you explore Mt Pleasant. Also available is the ability to bring your boat (up to 23 feet) and leave it in the water, so you can enjoy all the water activities Charleston has to offer without having to launch your boat daily. The dock has power and water to clean you boat and catch. There is good fishing off the dock for red fish, trout and flounder.
