About this property

Private Pool! Rooftop Deck! Private path to Beach!

Secluded Gulf Shores Paradise! Lounge in your private heated/cooled Pool, fire up the rooftop kitchen & fire pit, watch movies under the stars, sip at the tiki bar, spike volleyballs, and toast smores at the beach fire pit. Load the side by side up with chairs and toys and head down the private sand trail to uncrowded beach. Endless fun, sun, and good times.

This home has several spaces to gather!

The rooftop deck offers views of the Mobile bay and the Gulf with couch, grill, minifridge and island with seating.

The space under the house offers another grilling area and island with minifridge. Also has a movie projector and screen to watch TV or movies in the evening after a beach day.

The fenced in yard has a private heated pool, fire pit, beach volleyball and corn hole. ( The pool will not heat when temperature is below 60 degrees)


Fully stocked Kitchen.

3 of the bedrooms in the home, each have a king bed.

The 4th sleeping are has twin bunks. This area is on the 3rd floor and is also goes out to the rooftop deck.

The 5th sleeping area has twin over full bunk with its own full bath. It is on the bottom floor and has separate entrance from the house.

There is a private sand trail to the beach. It is about a half mile. We do offer a side by side to use to take beach supplies and coolers to beach. (must sign waiver to use)

There are two restaurants at the Beach Club next door that can be walked to.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties- if we find out there is a party you will be asked to leave with n o refund.
Please take care of our property, If it is excessively dirty (excessive trash, stained sheets, etc) you will be charged an extra $200 cleaning fee.
If you do not leave by the 10 am check out time you will be charged $50 unless prior arrangements have been made.
