I really liked staying here! It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. There wasnt any bar soap so I had to run out and get body wash /: I tried contacting the owner about parking since we had 2 separate cars coming, but no response. Texted and messaged in the app. We ended up having to park one of our vehicles at Walmart 8 min up the road. No big deal but couldn’t find any info on number of parking spaces before we got there, then when we got there we found there was one space.

The condo is very old and needs updating. The furniture is old and dirty-feeling. Smells like cigarette smoke. Both the kitchen and bathroom drains are slow. Ran out of hot water in the shower in less than five minutes. Towels smelled musty. Split-unit AC is old and does not cool the entire condo. Cell coverage is horrible. Would not recommend.

Everything was clean and neat. Host was responsive. Area was convenient.The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies necessary for simple meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck.The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open.

Great location

If you are looking for something that is walkable to downtown restaurants and bars, this place fits the bill. For the price, it's a fair deal. Our unit had an outdoor deck, which was private and nice for enjoying our morning coffee. My only complaint is the parking space is very, very narrow.

This place was in a great location in downtown Ludington!!! Very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend vacation! And we loved that our cousins could rent the place right next to us! So convenient! We will definitely be back next year and we will be extending our stay!

Well appointed and very clean. Downtown Ludington, the beach, places to eat, etc. are all very convenient and within walking distance. I have stayed here numerous times before and will choose it again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location !

I’ve visited Ludington dozens of times and have stayed at a lot of different places. This place is close to the main road so everything accessible by foot. The rooms were very clean and the whole place was immaculate. I’ll make this my new spot each time I visit.

Perfect location!

The condo is in the heart of Ludington and is walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and stores. The unit is modern and clean and includes a stackable washer and dryer. We would love to return.

Great location downtown. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. A wine opener would have been great and shower curtain rod is a little rusty. Would love a little bed side table.

Comfortable bed

Very clean and had everything we needed, quiet neighborhood and building, easy to walk to Lake Michigan or uptown to shop. Parking was off street and easy to use. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to our messages. Loved the outside deck both morning and nite. Would rent again if we pass by again.

Perfect location for downtown venue!

I rented this space for our photographers that would be doing our wedding. They loved staying do close to downtown, loved the little balcony. Everything was clean and worked properly. Thank you Linda!

Great spot downtown

An apartment perfect for two people - very clean and had just enough room. Balcony was an added bonus. Close to everything - can walk to all restaurants downtown and even the beach. Quick drive to the State Park. Manager was very helpful when we had some problems with booking online. So glad it all worked out!

Close to Marina

Second floor one bedroom with full kitchen and laundry…..the property manager was easy to communicate with, when we experienced a small issue……the building was quiet and we really enjoyed the little balcony…..
