Stylishly furnished vacation apartment in Dresden including bicycles, close to the city center

For your visit to Dresden, we offer a stylishly furnished vacation apartment. The apartment is just under 40 square meters in size and features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room and bedroom are bright and inviting, facing south toward Peschelstraße.
The apartment is located on the first floor, along with another vacation rental.

The apartment has been lovingly renovated in a classic style. The floor has been covered with white-oiled wooden planks, the doors have been refurbished with attention to detail, and high-quality wooden windows have been installed. People with allergies in particular will feel right at home.
The apartment is furnished with a pleasant combination of historic and modern furniture.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. There are seating areas in the courtyard.
Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. A portable crib and a wooden high chair can be provided for small children.

There is ample free parking available in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental.

For bike excursions, a total of 3 women’s bikes and 5 men’s bikes (26-inch and 28-inch) are available at no extra charge for both vacation rentals. Please remember to bring your own bike helmets. Please note that use of the provided bicycles is at your own risk.

It takes only about 15 minutes to reach downtown by bike.

There are several shopping options nearby. Two bakeries are within walking distance, one of which is also open on Sundays. Otherwise, the “Elbepark” shopping center—also within walking distance—offers a wide range of shopping options.

There is a seating area in the green, car-free courtyard. From Monday through Friday, parts of the courtyard are shared with a small daycare center until around 4:00 p.m.
