Recently renovated, barrier-free 75-square-meter attic apartment with a view of the countryside on one of the recessed Elbe hills, near Schillerplatz, Blaues Wunder, and Weißer Hirsch.

An ideal starting point for day trips to Saxon Switzerland, as well as for exploring Dresden. Access to city centre via bus lines 61 or 84; parking available right outside the door. Tram line 11 runs from the hill across the way in Weißer Hirsch.

Thanks to a private entrance and a separate stairwell, the apartment can be occupied without significant risk, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The apartment was renovated and expanded through April 2021; photos of the other rooms will be added, or we’ll be happy to send them upon request.

The ideal occupancy is 2–3 people; however, if you need an extra bed, please contact us and we’ll see if that’s possible.

Perfect for seniors and people with disabilities:
The stairwell is equipped with a stairlift; the apartment itself is accessible and features senior-friendly amenities, including a senior bed with electrically adjustable head and foot sections, a walk-in shower, and a toilet with grab bars.

Please note: Unfortunately, wheelchair users currently still require an attendant to enter the building; we are working to improve this. If you have any questions regarding accessibility, please contact us in advance.

Please note:
1) A young, friendly dog that loves children lives on the ground floor of the building where the holiday rental is located and may occasionally be found in the garden. We therefore advise against booking this property for people who are afraid of dogs or who are allergic to dog hair.

2) The city of Dresden charges a lodging tax of 6 percent of the nightly rate for each booking. Anyone operating a holiday rental within the city of Dresden is required to collect the lodging tax from their guests and remit it to the State Capital of Dresden. This tax is not included in the Fewo Direkt price and will be settled with you on-site by us.
