Pearl at the big garden. Dresden old town.

A very lovingly and generously furnished apartment in a very good, central location.
The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children.
Enjoy your holiday directly at the recreation park, the "Great Garden" and benefit from the good connection to public transport. Thanks to the central location, you can reach all sights without a car very well and spend your holiday in our wonderful city. Should you still be traveling by car, there are enough public parking spaces in front of the house.
Internet, bed linen, hand and bath towels, accommodation and cleaning costs are included in the price.

For guests there is a double bed and a sofa bed, for 2 persons each.
In the living room there are plenty of seating and a dining table for a cozy atmosphere.
The open kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter and fully equipped.

This is a nice location in a city that is easy to get around by car. While parking at the Frauenkirche was difficult unless you are there early, the street parking at the pearl was convenient and free.

Beautiful neighborhood— Centrally located

Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Excellent apartment in a quiet area.

The apartment is in a pleasant building on a tree lined street. It is easy to get to any part of Dresden as there are connections to bus tram and train. It comfortably furnished and well maintained. There is plenty of kitchenware and a lot of storage space. The heating system is efficient and the small balcony would be useful in the summer.

Apartment near the Grosser Garten

A well equipped apartment near the Grosser Garten. Communication with the owner and check-in all went smoothly. Some distance from Dresden centre and best accessed on S-Bahn or tram via the nearby Strehlen station. But the proximity to the park is a big bonus and if you enjoy walking, most of the 4kms walk to the city centre is through the park. The only niggle with the apartment itself is that a microwave or combination oven/microwave would be a better choice than the small oven.

Dresden Stop

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were good and the bathroom was small but satisfactory. We were only here one night and checked in late so any issues we had were mostly because we were tired and it was dark. It looked like a populated area as there were lots of cars parked on the street. We were able to find a spot after a bit of looking. We walked down to a Greek restaurant, about a 10 minute walk. It was excellent and the staff and other patrons were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good property based on our limited stay.

Sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich Speisen zuzubereiten. Kleines Schlafzimmer, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Gut gelegen um das Stadtzentrum mit Bus, Bahn und Zug zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend funktioniert, die Anweisungen waren klar und verständlich. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie Supermarkt und Bäckereien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend direkt vor der Haustür zur Verfügung.Das Bett war für mich aufgrund meiner Arthrose etwas problematisch, was jedoch mein eigener Fehler war, da dies auf den Fotos korrekt dargestellt wurde.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.10 min. Fußweg bis zur Straßenbahn. Damit kommt man in 10-15 min im Zentrum und in der Altstadt.Somit braucht man kein Parkplatz zu suchen und man erspart sich den teuren Parkplatz.

Schöne und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Wohnung. In die Altstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt man am besten mit der nahe gelegenen Straßenbahn. Dresden ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und daher unbedingt eine Reise wert.

Meine Freundin und ich, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Dresden. Die S- Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Leider war die Wohnung in der zweiten Etage und der Raum mit dem Bett war zu eng und auf keinen Fall für zwei Personen geeignet. Die zweite Person schlief auf der Couch. Vermisst haben wir einen Sessel zum Fernsehen, weil die Stühle zum entspannen unbequem sind.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Einzig negativ ist das Ehebett, da eher klein und wer gerne direkt an der Wand liegt, dem macht das nichts aus. Aber man muss über den Partner krabbeln, um aus dem Bett zu steigen. Alternative ist die durchgesessene Schlafcouch.

Eine Woche Dresden mit Finals

Wir wollten uns die diesjährigen Finals in der Innenstadt von Dresden anschauen. Gute Unterkunft, Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut. Zugang zur Unterkunft kontaktlos dank Schlüsselbox.8 min fußläufig vom S-Bahnhof/Tramstation. Man kommt dann schnell mit den Öffis in die Stadt oder mit der S-Bahn in die Sächsische Schweiz. Supermarkt/Bäcker ca. 10 min fußläufig. Der Große Garten ist um die Ecke und definitv einen Besuch wert!Keine Anliegerstraßen, man hört nachts die Autos. Wir konnten nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen, aber wir sind auch ziemlich empfindlich was die Geräusche nachts angeht.
