Holiday Rental No. 25 in the Minervapark complex is a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to two people.

The apartment is located on the second floor and offers approximately 48 m² of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

After long days at the beach, you can relax on the comfortable leather corner couch or use the cosy reading chair to wind down the day with a good book. A flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo system with USB and iPod/iPhone connectivity provide plenty of entertainment. You can use Wi-Fi (subject to availability) free of charge. For sleeping, there’s a fold-out double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) that’s easy to open and close. This gives you plenty of space in your holiday rental during the day. Pleated blinds have been installed in the living room for privacy.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a built-in oven. The bathroom features a sink, a large shower, and a washing machine. The entire apartment is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

You can relax on a bench (no balcony) in the covered walkway, enjoying the view of the Mediterranean-style courtyard. Your car has a free parking space in the underground garage (max. height 2.00 m), where your bicycle is also stored in a separate, weather-protected room. An lift is available.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without bedding).


Facilities:

The Minervapark Residence is an apartment building constructed in 2000 with an lift and underground car park, located near the beach and the centre of Boltenhagen. Thanks to its central location, the town centre—with its nearby shops, restaurants, and cafés—is easily accessible on foot. The beach is only about 70 m away.
The landscaped beach promenade, just 60 m away, is perfect for a stroll. The playgrounds between the beach promenade and the central promenade are also easily accessible from here.
The small courtyard, with its seating areas, invites you to linger.
Your car has a free parking space in the underground garage (garage height: 2.00 m), where your bicycle is also stored in a separate, weather-protected room. An lift is available.


Pets are not allowed.

Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage.


Holiday apartments at Minervapark
 

The Minervapark building, constructed at an angle, houses a total of 30 holiday apartments of various sizes. Some feature a balcony or terrace. The individually furnished one- and two-room apartments feature either a kitchen integrated into the living room or a separate kitchen area.
Thanks to the lift, all apartments are easily accessible directly from the underground car park.
