Heating fee of $150/night to heat the pool/spa up to 80 degrees or $225/night to heat the pool/spa up to 90 degrees.
$75 per night to heat the spa alone.
Pet fee: $250 per pet.
Extra Guests: There is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/day that might apply.
The separate 3rd car garage is not included & is rented long term. The access to this space is through the side gate between the main house and the 3rd garage, they share the same driveway
