Toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben in Toplage, hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber; die Übergabe hab reibungslos geklappt und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Allerdings gab es eine kleine Überschwemmung nach dem ersten Duschgang, da der Abfluss extrem verstopft war. Die Reinigung haben wir selbst übernommen und gefühlt drei Perücken von Vormietern entfernt, danach lief alles problemlos ab. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.Wir kommen sicher wieder :-)

Fantastisch. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass sich Nachts doch einige Partygänger auf dem Heimweg befinden, was bei offenem Fenster den Schlaf etwas stört. Möglicherweise lag dies aber auch an der gewählten Urlaubswoche über den Vatertag

Norderney Stadt und Meer
Wir hatten entspannte Tage in einer recht komfortablen Wohnung. Leider ist der Essplatz sehr eng bemessen und das Mobiliar auf der Terrasse wenig komfortabel.
Tischsets waren wie auch die Polster für die outdoor Möbel verfleckt. Die Betten sind herrlich, der Platz vor den Schränken zu wenig.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage
Ein sehr moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Abzüge gibt es lediglich in der Sauberkeit. Schon bei Ankunft schichtete sich der Staub überall, als wäre schon lange niemand mehr vor Ort gewesen. Wenn uns mal etwas unter die Couch gefallen ist, war es nicht gerade schon, dies hervorzuholen. Neben Staub lagen auch noch Sachen des Vormieters.
Ansonsten aber wirklich eine wunderschöne Wohnung, deren Sauberkeitsdefizit eigentlich gut behoben werden kann.

Eine sehr schöne moderne und gemütliche Wohnung in Stadt- und Strandnähe.
Übergabe der Wohnung war reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und würden sie wieder buchen.
