Welcome to the "Südgarten" ground-floor holiday apartment! This apartment stands out for its brightness, spaciousness, and inviting sun terrace. Step inside and enjoy a fully equipped holiday rental that ensures a pleasant stay.

The living room features a huge sofa that not only makes for cosy moments but also provides direct access to the terrace and the garden. Please note that barbecuing on the terrace is expressly prohibited. A flat-screen TV in the living room is available for your entertainment.

Eine ruhige und prima Wohnlage. 10 Gehminuten bis ans Wasser und nur ca.5 Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum. Angenehm ist auch, dass es nur ein 2-Parteienhaus ist. Die Whg ist gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
