In an idyllic location, right on the edge of the forest, our detached, newly renovated, and very well-maintained non-smoking holiday home awaits you, with room for up to 9 people. Thanks to the modern and tasteful design of each room, you’ll immediately feel at home in this spacious 180 m² home. You’ll be able to enjoy your privacy to the fullest throughout your entire stay! Our family-friendly home, along with its large, fenced-in property, is available for your exclusive use. The total property area of approximately 920 m² is certainly worth noting. Spread over several floors (ground floor, ground floor, attic), the house offers plenty of space for up to 9 people (plus any children’s beds or extra beds) with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, 6 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Ground Floor: Through a vestibule with a coat closet and an adjoining hallway featuring a Swedish wood-burning stove, you enter the open, light-filled kitchen/dining area with direct access to the living room (open layout). Spanning a generous 28 m², both the kitchen area—featuring a fully equipped country-style kitchenette and island—and the dining area—with a corner bench and dining table—offer plenty of space for your culinary gatherings. A wide range of kitchen appliances—such as an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a large upright refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine, a microwave, an electric kettle, a long-slot toaster, and a minibar. For a cosy evening watching TV, our living room features a leather sofa set with a small coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house. From the living room, you can access the first bathroom, which features a window, shower, and toilet. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, makeup mirror, etc.) for daily personal care and hygiene. First Floor/Attic (Bedrooms + Bathroom): Stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, the house features a total of 6 bedrooms (3 of which also have flat-screen TVs). These are furnished with hand-selected, solid-wood furniture that has been lovingly coordinated. All beds feature high-quality mattresses and slatted frames, ensuring a very comfortable night’s sleep. The solid wood wardrobes and dressers provide ample storage space during your stay. The bedrooms are distributed across the ground floor and attic as follows: First Floor: A staircase leads to the ground floor, which provides access to two “sleeping units.” The first unit consists of a double bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), TV, wardrobe, TV chest of drawers, and an adjoining smaller single bedroom (single bed 90 x 200), a sideboard, and a clothes rack. The second unit also consists of a double bedroom (French double bed 140 x 200 cm), a sideboard, coat hooks, an extra chest of drawers, and another adjoining single bedroom (single bed 100 x 200) with a wardrobe, table, and an adjoining outdoor balcony. Additionally, the ground floor features the second bathroom with a window, bathtub, and toilet, and is also equipped with all necessary amenities for daily use. 2nd Floor (Attic): A second staircase leads to the second floor (attic), which provides access to two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a 28 m² light-filled double room (double bed 180 x 200 cm) with sloped ceilings, a built-in closet, a leather couch, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is a 14-square-meter single room (single bed 100 x 200 cm) with a “slight” sloped ceiling, a closet, a sideboard, a leather couch, and a flat-screen TV. Laundry Room/Basement: In the basement, a washing machine with a drying rack, as well as an ironing board and iron, ensure your laundry stays fresh. There is also a lockable bike storage room in the basement with separate access from the outside. Outdoor area: From the dining room, you can step out onto a small, partially covered patio with seating and into the well-maintained garden, which invites you to relax and unwind. You can also wind down the day with a glass of wine or a barbecue at the garden shed, which features a grill fireplace and a covered outdoor seating area. The fenced-in garden also offers plenty of space for children to play and have fun. A pool with a capacity of 20,000 litres (4.55 metres in diameter x 1.1 metres in depth, with a sand filtration system) provides a refreshing way to cool off on hot days and rounds out the amenities for your kids (as well as adults). Parking: Adjacent to the house is a carport with two full-size guest parking spaces. Additional parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Other: Upon request, we provide our guests with a cot, a high chair, and a baby monitor. Included Services (free of charge): For the entire stay, we provide our guests with a free, all-inclusive cleaning, laundry, and toiletries package. In addition to kitchen supplies such as a dish sponge, dishcloths, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, hand dish soap, paper towels, parchment paper, and cleaning supplies (cleaning bucket, mop, broom, etc.), as well as a laundry package with towels (2 shower towels, 2 hand towels, 2 guest towels—one of each per person), sauna towels, dressing gowns, slippers, bed linens, and tablecloths. In addition, our guests have access to a toiletries package containing shower gel, shampoo, bubble bath, body lotion, hand soap, hand sanitiser, and hygiene/toiletries. Extra services (for a fee): Our drink minibar, featuring a small selection of regional drinks (including delicious organic beers from the area), will help ensure your comfort during your stay. To make your arrival as stress-free as possible, we offer a one-time shopping service before your arrival, if needed. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 40% of the total travel price is due by bank transfer upon reservation. The remaining 60% is due during your stay or before departure (cash payment). Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Check-out: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.
