Place used towels in washing machine, but do not start washing machine
Turn all lights/fans off and place AC to 78 degrees (March-October) or turn AC/heater off (December-February)
If dogs, pick up any dog poop and place it in the trash bin located outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
