The stay was excellent. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and boardwalk. The only recommendation I would like to make is to add a bathmat to the master bedroom bathtub. My elderly mother did slip in the tub.

Very nice property with great ocean views and immediate beach access. Everything was outfitted to make the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the walls are very thin between you and your neighbors. As the rental on the first floor, anyone walking or running above you is extremely loud. Not something the owner can do, but something to consider if you visit on a busy weekend. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Everything was great for us except the upstairs occupants. I know that isn't the owner's fault, it just goes with being on the first floor of a 3 level unit. But starting around 8pm both nights, the people upstairs either auditioned for Carolina Beach's step dance team or needed to get all their steps in, for 3 hours. But this was a great location and we loved the fact we could rent for 2 nights.

Sorry for the delayed response. Apologies for the noisy neighbor. The unit directly above us is a vacation rental as well and from time to time you'll get an inconsiderate or just oblivious guest that stomps for whatever reason. Its not often but it does happen. My wife and I stay there quite a bit as we live close by and enjoy the beach and the view and honestly its normally very quiet there, other than the breaking waves! If you'd like to come back and stay with us again, please reach out to me and I will make sure we offer you a discount next time around. Regards, John

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean-view condo in North Carolina! The views were fantastic —we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and close to great restaurants and local attractions.The owners were very helpful. Their communication was excellent from booking through checkout, and they made the entire process seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway in North Carolina!
