Come take pleasure in all the beauty the ocean has to offer in the heart of LBI in our 1st floor Oceanside duplex located only 7 houses away from the ocean in the Beach Haven area of Long Beach Island, NJ. Our home had NO DAMAGE from Hurricane Sandy. We stayed high and dry during the storm. Our 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8. There is 1 Queen bed, 1 Full sized bed, 2 Twin beds and a Queen sized pull out sleeper couch. The full bathroom conveniently includes shower and tub. Our immaculate and freshly painted home features central A/C and heat, newly renovated kitchen with island and bar stools, large dining area with table and 6 chairs and spacious living area. Included complimentary in your stay are brand new flat screen HDTV's with digital cable TV service, DVD players and high speed WiFi internet access. Inside our home includes essential amenities of full sized washer/dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine and fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals if eating in.

To ensure your convenience we provide you with 8 beach badges for the life guarded beach, beach chairs, and beach toys. Along with ample off street parking, the property includes a large outdoor shower with dressing area. We are located only minutes from Fantasy Island, mini-golf, great ice-cream parlors, fantastic restaurants and quaint local shops. When not enjoying the beach or the nearby attractions, spend time on our attractive furnished front porch, or in the backyard barbequing with the supplied gas grill.

Family owned LBI shore house. Mary, her husband Alex and her brother Joseph purchased this lovely home in hopes to use it to make family memories together as well as to open their home to help other families also create their own memories. From our family to yours, we welcome you.

Why Mary, Alex and Joseph chose Long Beach Island

As most people know, Long Beach Island - NJ is one of the nicest beaches around. As children, our families always visited the jersey shore for our summer vacations and it was some of the best times we ever had. We wanted to continue that tradition with our family and also extend it to your family as well.

What makes this condo unique

First floor with easy in and out access. Covered front porch. Only 7 houses separate our home from the life guarded beach (no boulevard/main road to cross). Washer/dryer inside the home. Plenty of off street parking.

I had the pleasure to stay with my family at the rental last summer. The home was extremely clean and offered the nostalgia of vacationing as a kid with the mismatch cooking utensils, etc. within the kitchen. It kind of brought back memories of going to the beach with my parents as a child. The outdoor shower was very great to have to limit tracking sand into the home. It comes with a nice BBQ Grill, and the front porch was very wonderful asset to have. The house it very humble and well kept, and the major bonus is it is within walking distance to the local grocery store and steps away from the beach. I would defiantly stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this rental on LBI. On top of the walking location of the home, you will be moments away if you wish to drive to other sites on LBI. The rates were very reasonable and if I had to give a rating out of (1 to 5) stars, it would be in the (6) range!

Pros .Home neat,clean and very comfortable. Location great. Loved the beach and bay. Enjoyed the Sept. season very much.Owners very nice. Cons Upstairs occupants 10 people 2 dogs and a few cats . Upstairs occupants extremely noisy all night Sat. and Sun. We could not sleep Sat. and Sun. with noise and animals running back and forth. I did speak to them about noise. They left Mon. afternoon.

Exceeded My Expectations!

This was the first time I had rented a beach house and I could not have been more pleased! The home was clean, great location and spacious enough for eight to stay comfortably. The owners were great to deal with and plenty of parking. We took advantage of the gas grill in the back along with the outside shower. I look forward to renting again next year. It was a great family vacation.

Great location for first vacation!

This was our first beach vacation with our almost one-year old son. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It was walking distance to three very important locations - the beach, the Acme, and Skipper Dipper! We also quickly fell into the routine of taking a morning walk to Jersey Girl for iced coffee. The rooms were clean and each of our guests reported that the beds were super comfy. I am a big cook and I loved the space of the kitchen. I brought my own knives and in the future, I might bring larger pots and pans. I had to make some things in batches when cooking for 8 adults. Also highly recommend Pinky's which is a short drive north for fresh seafood. One evening we drove up to Barnegat Light and took a sunset cruise on Miss Barnegat - $12/per person and BYOB. It was lovely! We will definitely back again!!

Perfect Vacation!

We've been renting on LBI for 5 years and this is the first rental that we would love to stay at again. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you could ask for. It's a minutes walk to the beach, the bay and the super market. For those with little children, Fantasy Island is a few minutes away by car and just two blocks away from Skipper Dipper....my new addiction!

I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation!

Perfect location for a perfect week!

We had a wonderful week in this wonderful rental! The location was great - we walked to Acme, the tennis courts, and Skipper Dipper multiple times. Also, the beach was beautiful and not very crowded. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous front porch morning, noon and night! Thank you for making our vacation so memorable with your lovely home.

Perfect location, perfect home!

This was a great vacation rental! Everything was just as pictured, great floor plan and extremely clean. The location could not be better. We loved walking to the ACME and to Skipper Dipper with the kids.

Owners were wonderful to deal with and made everything so easy to plan. We will be returning to create more beach memories for sure.

Located just 7 houses from the beach, you can enjoy jet skiing, para-sailing, wind surfing, shelling and fishing along with so many other fun water activities. We are moments away from miniature golf, delicious ice cream shops, great restaurants and LBI shops. Minutes away will take you to have a fantastic time for all ages at Fantasy Island arcade, rides, games and water park!! For your convenience, we are also located less than a block away from an Acme supermarket where you can purchase any essentials you may need. There will never be a dull moment when you stay here!
