Enjoy expansive ocean bay views, direct beach access from private lane, premium location in North Beach close to restaurants, shopping, and putt putt!

Over 5,000 sq. feet of living space with 7 bedrooms (5 en-suite), 7.5 baths, huge great room, 2 living rooms and a game / living room with ping pong table, fireplace, high-end kitchen, butler's pantry, and den/office. Private deck off of the Master bedroom.

Over 4,000 sq. feet of outside space to enjoy the beach with wraparound decking on three floors plus a rooftop deck with hot tub. Two outside showers make it convenient to come back from the beach!

Enjoy a meal, cocktail or book on any one of the furnished decks, hang out together inside in one of the three living areas, enjoy the sunset from the roof top deck, and so much more!

In season rentals are available from Friday - Friday to avoid the Saturday traffic. Off season the check in or check out date can be any day.

We do not rent to groups for Prom/College Weekends and sorry no pets. No events.

We could not have picked a better home for our family to spend a long weekend. The house is literally steps from the beach… beautiful inside & out, fully stocked with everything you’d need and the hosts were fantastic. Attentive, responsive and accommodating. We’d definitely recommend!

LBI beach house

Our vacation in fabulous. The house is open and spacious, and right on the beach with its own private walkway. The owners are super nice and very responsive. We’re looking forward to going back again.

LBI at its finest

This house hit the mark for us. We had 10 adults and 4 kids under the age of 6. Lots of space for the kids to run around, and for the adults to find quiet if needed. Views from the decks (especially from the hot tub) are magnificent. Host was responsive and accommodating.

What a house!

We had 16 in the house, ranging in age from 6 months to almost 90. What a treat to be in a wonderful house, so close to a gorgeous beach. We cooked a lot in the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and shower and look at the water (so many decks!). Watching the sunrise -- and the moon rise -- were very special. An expensive week, and so worth it.

LBI Paradise - Ocean Views Stole the Show

This shore house on Long Beach Island was the perfect spring break escape. Waking up to the sound of waves and a panoramic ocean sunrise from the balcony? Unforgettable! The house itself was fabulous, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. We loved watching the sunsets while in the roof deck jacuzzi! But honestly, the views were the star. We spent hours on the deck – morning coffee, evening drinks, just soaking it all in. If oceanfront serenity is what you're after, this rental is the one. -Bob Mc

Prime Location

Our stay was fabulous! The house is directly on the ocean, with spacious indoor accommodations and lots of outdoor space. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck watching the waves break on the shore - hard to beat. There were lots of bathrooms and two outdoor shores. Everyone loved the hot tub. The kitchen was surprising well stocked with lots of plates, bowls, pots and pans - everything we need to feed 14 people (which is not always the case). The owner was extremely responsive with any questions. The house also provided beach chairs (again, not always the case). The beach was not crowded at all. The entire family raved about the house and experience. It was a great experience!

24 CRAZY COUSINS AND A WEDDING

WOW!! EVERYONE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME! First there are more sleeping options than noted on the description. There is a sofa bed and loveseat bed on the lowest level. They have an air mattress. The chairs in two of the suites were pull outs! At one point we were 24 family members comfortably socializing in the kitchen, at the dining room table and the family room. All while looking out of the expansive windows at the breathtaking view of the ocean surf! Only drawback was parking spaces. You can fit 8 easily.

Most amazing place and the supplied photos are up to date/accurate so I didn’t try to compete! The place seems brand new and I suspect based on price and size, they do not rent too often. Spectacular rooms and views all around. SO comfortable from the deck out front, to the sitting rooms, dining room round table for 10, we loved it and wanted to stay forever! I limited my invites to my closest peeps and filled 7 bedrooms. This included 2 twin rooms but could have used larger rooms in place if I thought ahead. It would have easily accommodate twice as many but I wanted my intimate and closest and we had an absolute ball. Well stocked with all kitchen everything. Linens supplied by Cape May Linens were perfect. They tell you to bring own beach towels and toiletries. I would not have wanted to bring bath mats but they should/could have CM Linens provide those terry cloth bath/shower mats you see in hotel rooms. Otherwise you’re using your own two towels. I’m confident they will “fix” this and maybe an oversight. It’s expensive but nothing on LBI or even Cape May compared. It was everything I wanted and worth the ritzy splash. Every guest was so impressed and with good reason. Hosts communicate well and accommodated small requests with ease. I had trouble with the VRBO app which was not their problem but did delay some communications. VRBO has me with two diff emails without making it easy to ditch one. You wiill NOT be disappointed with this superior rental!
