Just 30 meters separate you from the magnificent South Beach, where you can leave the first footprints in the sand each morning. The apartment is located in the popular "" apartment building, so close to the sea that you can smell the salty air as soon as you open the balcony door.
Right in the building, the aroma of fresh bread rolls from the in-house bakery greets you each morning. An ice cream parlor and 24/7 convenience store are also located in the building, ensuring you're well-supplied for spontaneous cravings. The apartment is spacious and bright. The high-quality and modern furnishings create a unique atmosphere. The apartment is south-east facing, so you can enjoy the sun on the balcony and in the living room from breakfast in the morning until midday.

Bedroom 1 has a cozy double bed, which offers space for restful sleep and togetherness. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a foldaway bed, offering space for young and old. Here you will also find plenty of space for your clothes.
