With 4 bedrooms and space for up to 12 guests, the house is designed for both comfort and entertainment. The large open kitchen and living areas make it easy to cook, gather, and spend quality time together.

Downstairs you’ll find a fully loaded entertainment room featuring: Pool table, foosball table, dart board, and a basketball arcade game.

Plenty of comfortable seating for hanging out and watching the game

Step outside onto two large mountain-view decks, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, grilling dinner on the propane grill, or relaxing while taking in the peaceful mountain scenery.

Guests also have access to community amenities including a pool and pickleball courts, all within a secure gated neighborhood.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used towels and bed linens in laundry room.
Set thermostat upstairs and downstairs to 60 prior to leaving.
All trash must be bagged and secured in bear proof trashcan. If bear proof trashcan is full leave bag trash in kitchen. Clean grill if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Your car make, model, color and driver name is required 48 hours prior to booking to be given to the gate for parking pass.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
All trash must be bagged and securely locked in the bear proof trash can. If a bear gets in the trash, you must pick it up.
