The Ozarks are known for their outdoor activities. You'll enjoy the lakefront view on our new two story composite decks so spend those nice days sitting out and socializing or at the firepit roasting marshmallows and gazing at the stars. There are approximately 40 stairs to get from the house down to your private dock. You can either rent a boat nearby or bring your own. Boat ramp is at the Ozark State Park. The boat slip can store up to a 9’ wide by 28’ long boat. There is off street parking for comfortably two vehicles at the property. If you need to park additional vehicles and/or trailers, there is overflow parking at either of the two community pools at the Tan Tar A Estates; this parking is free to use.
The Kitchen features soft-close cabinetry and Quartz countertops which open to the dining room and living room so is great for entertainment. The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes plates, silverware, cups, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, blender, etc. There are also cooking pots and pans, a small sized crockpot, skillet, regular coffee pot and Keurig for your use. Off the living room there is a dry bar so there are plenty of cups and storage for whatever supplies you want to bring. The living room has an oversized sectional couch and 55” Smart Roku TV with WiFi connection. We have both local cable and app access via the smart TV. Our WiFi is suitable for laptop use if working away from home. Also on the main floor is a pool table, darts, board games, and a Pac-Man Arcade machine fun for the whole family.

Enjoy sleeping in with queen beds that feature hybrid coil/memory foam mattresses and quilt bedding. Two of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. All of our bathrooms are tiled and come with heated floors for the off season. A washer/dryer is on-site and available for your use.

During the summertime, there are two community pools free to use as you are a guest of the gated Tan-Tar-A Estates! Feel free to bring your cooler and food as it is easy to spend hours of fun here. The pool closest to the home is one block away up a steep hill. The other community pool is within a short driving distance and has a splash area more suitable for kiddos. The neighboring Margaritaville Resort also has outdoor pools free to use. Their indoor pool and water park is not free to use.

There is a 5k walking trail around the estates as well. Our family enjoys grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around the neighborhood and viewing the homes. Not a single home looks the same here!

Margaritaville Resort (as of 2019) has been recently remodeled and comes with multiple things to do for the whole group. Resort activities provided for a fee are:
