The bright and modern apartment "House Samantha Lago Maggiore" is located in Laveno Mombello and enchants guests with its proximity to the lake shores. The 35 m² studio is situated on the ground floor (accessible via 3 steps) and consists of a living room/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a cot, washing machine, air conditioning, and satellite TV.
From the private terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, you enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. A pizzeria/trattoria is only 80 metres away, while several supermarkets are located 550 metres away (about a 7-minute walk). The apartment is 200 metres from the shore of Lake Maggiore and 450 metres from the Laveno pier, where the ferry to Intra departs.
During August, an amusement park is set up right in front of the house. Pets are allowed. Free parking is available both in front of and behind the house. Please avoid loud noises after 10:00 p.m.
