At Timberline G3 in Sunrise Village, you truly 'have it all'. Sunrise is an ideal area for families, couples and groups who want to spend time on the snow while still offering easy access to the area's renowned nightlife on Killington access road.

Timberline G3 offers an unparalleled location—it's the closest unit to any lift anywhere in the entire resort—so you'll be able to come and go on the mountain, head back for lunch or a break, never worry about parking, hauling your ski gear, or dropping the kids off. You don't even need a lift ticket to ride on Sunrise, and it's a great place to teach your friends and family.

Our unit has recently been renovated and has 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 people. It boasts two kitchens, sauna and plenty of common space. Bathrooms and kitchen renovated in 2019. Bunk beds and mattresses upgraded in 2022. Basement renovated in 2023.

This is one of the best condos we rent, and we were back for a second time this year! The location for skiing is top notch, a true ski in/ski out! There is so much space for everyone to sleep and hang out plus the sauna is fab too! The owner is super responsive and we hope to come back again someday!

The house was perfect size for 5 adults, could have fit more. The space was clean and inviting with everything supplied that was needed. Even a shed of firewood right near the front door. We were able to ski on and off from Sunrise Triple. We also took the shuttle one day which was very fast and brought us to any base we wanted to go to. The host was very responsive and helped with anything we needed.

Fabulous First Visit to Killington

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village. We were a family of 4 with adult children. Location was great, loved the sauna, the downstairs area provided extra room for remote working for our kids, the kitchen was stocked, bedding was comfortable and most importantly, the property manager responded promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Getaway

The place was comfortable, clean and spacious, and conveniently located on the Sunrise section of the resort. Needs substantial snow cover to be ski on/off, but a 3 minute ride to the larger Bear Mountain area. Our host was friendly and accommodating. We had a great weekend.

I'm a father of two, who recently relocated from New York City to Washington DC. We only make it up a couple of times a year because the it's a long trip and my kids aren't necessarily into being in the car. So I'm happily making our home away home available to you!

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. And comfort. You will be literally steps away from the Sunrise Lift which offers easy access to two free trails that the community owns, as well as connections to Bear Mountain. When you come back, you can take advantage of our in-unit hot tub and sauna or go to the community pool and spa.

Located across three floors, it's easy to divide between adults and kids with separate entertainment areas for both.

We recently updated kitchens, baths, and most of our furniture. It's super comfortable an we hope you like it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite parts of the home:

– the decks which offer amazing views of the Vermont mountains every season of the year
– the lower level—wet bar/kitchenette, entertainment center, sauna, (perfect after a long day of skiing, snowboarding or mountain biking) and two person shower—which feels like another wing and gives some separation when you have a lot of guests.
– The kitchen and bar which was recently renovated and has seating for four
- free snowshoe and x-country ski rentals to use on our community's groomed trails
- onsite bar and restaurant great for weekend lunch and dinner
