Private entrance. Outdoor seating/dining area and pool are shared with the main house and a guest house located at the back of the house. Street parking available. This place is ideal for all : vacations or work.

The studio is located at the front of the property. Is detached from the house. Easy access from the street and no stairs are in it.

Guests can access the studio , the back yard and the pool.

The back yard and pool is shared with the occupants of the main house and back guest house.
