You can fish in nearby Lake Finja. Hire a boat in the Tormestorp boat harbour. Close to the house you will find a golf course and a riding centre. The surrounding area also offers ideal conditions for beautiful hikes. Visit Mölleröds Slottsruin from 1580 and the medieval castle Hovdala.

We booked this property for 5 nights, needing it only for the evening/night hours. It was very clean however... the amenities listing needs to be more descriptive to indicate that towel, linens and wifi are NOT included. We had to purchase these things. Also, the description sent to us about the location of the key needs to be a little more specific...not easy to locate. Another helpful piece would be a description of the features of the tv. Simply 2 converters on the table. Would have been nice to know what was available. We have rented many units like this and rely on a descriptive binder to help us with features. It does seem like a nice cottage to spend family time.
