Really nice place. Very clean and plenty of room for a family. Instructions were very clear and the check in and check out process was smooth

Great place. Nice and close to the beach. Unit lacked cleaning supplies and kitchen products like trash bags , foil, wax paper, dish soap etc.

We had a wonderful stay. Just keep in mind no elevator so you need to climb steps if you're elderly may not be a good fit but gorgeous view easy access to beach. No spa but a pool that was listed o n the pickup information so I called office and they advised no spa so that was wrongly listed. Remeber to bring extra tp and paper towels dish detergent and dishwasher tablets you ate given a day of product. Id stay again.

Clean and spacious space! Secure gated small community. Great view through doors on each side of the property, even though a second row rental! We contacted the host regarding the location being incorrect and they were very responsive and offered other opportunities! They have also corrected the map in the posting!

Great property and location to the beach. Easy access to beach right across the street. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and noise was minimal. Decks provided both ocean and sound views. The only issue was the location on the listing was incorrect. We had realized this early in the planning process. Realty company called us as we were driving to make us aware of situation and offered us a chance to relocate. We chose to stay where we were, and it was a good decision. We had a great time and really enjoyed this location.

The communication with Emerald Isle Realty was great. I asked for restaurant recommendations and they provided a link with lots of options. If you bring candles, bring a lighter. I hate seeing other people’s hair laying around, so that was my main issue with the cleanliness. So I did have to do my own cleaning and the comforter in the main bedroom wasn’t clean, so we removed it. Everything else was clean. One other thing, the towels are bundled and wrapped in plastic. I did like that! I would definitely stay at this property again. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic and a very quick walk across the street and you’re at the beach.
