Enjoy peaceful surroundings and lots to do! Beautiful Condo community offers a heated indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools.
Exercise room with equipment and Tennis/pickleball Courts. Complex is oceanfront, condo is poolside. Kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for meals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, entertainment , ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation, water slide and much more family fun!

Are family enjoyed our stay. Great area, close to the beach. The plane to clean and accommodating. My girls loved it! Dawn was amazing, sweet, and personable. If I had any questions she was easy to reach and happy to help.

Condo was beautiful. Wish the ocean was in view but you could still hear it. Our host Dawn was amazing, so nice and helpful. She gave me ideas on where to go and things to do. She even offered us to stay another day, but we couldn't. We felt safe in the gated community. Everyone we encountered was nice.

Wonderful location and comfortable place to stay!

We had a great time staying here. The condo is quaint, clean, and included everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The condo is a close walk to the beach and my kids loved swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Dawn was an excellent host. Description of the property matched perfect. The stairs made the condo feel whimsical and quickly became our son’s favorite feature in the space. Pebble Beach is the perfect location. We are already planning on coming back and staying again!

Close to the beach

I brought my daughter and her 4 friends to EI, for her 16th birthday. Our stay was great! It was closer to the beach than we expected. It was a great place for our crew

As a Registered Nurse, life can be so serious. I've been so fortunate to have hosted such wonderful families and have truly enjoyed being able to be a part of a joyful time in their lives. This is such a welcomed change from my day to day.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our gated neighborhood is so peaceful, but smack dab in the middle of entertainment, restaurants. A person could spend most of the week at the pools, tennis courts and beach - then walk over to Gaffers for lunch or get some ice cream from Village Ice Cream and Candy. Perhaps more importantly, stroll over to the wine store for a bottle of cabernet. Pebble Beach seems to attract excellent guests and we enjoy our interactions with others on the complex.

Families love our complex for the indoor and outdoor pools, the safety of a gated community with security in season and easy walk to the beach. The property and decking walkway are well maintained. I think we are the only the property on the island to have our own water treatment.
