The fully stocked kitchen is designed for both everyday living and entertaining, featuring modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals for family and friends. A bar pass-through with seating for four opens into the living room, complemented by a dining table that comfortably seats six—perfect for gathering over meals or morning coffee. OUTSIDE LIVING & AMENITIES

The spacious patio offers plenty of room for kids to play, and the beach is just a short stroll away—only three homes down from a quieter access point.

While Casa Crockett is not directly beachfront, beach access is just a short 0.3-mile walk via the designated neighborhood walkover located in the center of the Surfside Shores community. For everyone’s safety and privacy, please use the marked access point and avoid walking between or beneath beachfront homes, as those areas are private property.
