Ich habe die Wohnung zusammen mit meiner Tochter für 4 Tage gebucht. Leider hatten wir schon schönere Wohnungen im Ferienpark belegt. Die Wohnung roch beim Betreten nach Rauch, das Badezimmer ist auf dem Stand der 90er Jahre, die Duschkabine hakt, der Wasserhahn durch Verkalkung nur schwer nutzbar. Die weißen Wände haben an vielen Stellen schwarze Verfärbungen. Die Bettdecken, Kopfkissen und Matratzen bedürfen einem Austausch. Sie sind fleckig und bieten keinerlei Liegekomfort. Wir haben keine hohen Ansprüche aber ein bisschen wohlfühlen möchte man sich im Urlaub dann doch.

Wir waren total zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem ganzen Ablauf! Durften am Anreisetag schon zeitig in die Wohnung was richtig super war!

Toller Ausblick, Objekt so aber nicht vermietfähig

Leider ist diese Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist sicher nicht Stand 2014, die ist deutlich älter. Als wir eingezogen sind gingen schonmal 2 Lampen nicht, es gab keine Matratzenschoner und die Stuhlauflagen waren unappetitlich verdreckt. Auf dem Balkon gab es 2 Kunststoffstühle von denen einer im Sitzbereich bereits defekt ist. Warum auch immer wird dort auch ein kpl. verrosteter Wäscheständer gelagert. Neben der Kommode auf der auch der Fernseher steht, ist auf einem Hocker mit Bastsitzfläche die Mikrowelle angeschlossen. Hier haben wir sofort den Stecker gezogen. Von vorbeugendem Brandschutz hat hier wohl noch niemand gehört. Die Wohnzimmertüre ließ sich nur unter großer Lautstärke schließen, da sie auf dem Laminat aufsetzte. Nun zum größten Problem. Das Bad. Im Duschbereich findet sich in Fugen und an der Decke deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel. Hier muss dringend nachhaltig etwas unternommen werden. Wenn man ehrlich ist, ist das Objekt so NICHT vermietbar. Das muss auch schon vor uns aufgefallen sein. Das entsteht nicht plötzlich. Die Armaturen sind schwergängig und alt. Da ist schon der Glanz abgeputzt. Der Brausekopf hat den Namen nicht verdient, das ist eher ein Schwallauslauf. Wir haben uns umgehend an die Agentur gewandt. Da wurden alle Beanstandungen aufgenommen und an den Hausmeister weitergegeben. Der half nach seinen Möglichkeiten auch umgehend und reparierte das Nötigste, suchte dann auch den tel. Kontakt zu uns. Das hat gut funktioniert. In Summe haben wir immerhin ca. 90€/Nacht bezahlt, da erwarte ich eine zumindest techn. und hygienisch einwandfreie Unterkunft, kein 4-Sterne Haus. Schade….
