This stunning townhouse with a jacuzzi sits right on the edge of the Oasis Natural de La Charca de Maspalomas, offering direct access and views of the sea, next to the impressive dunes and beach of the Maspalomas nature reserve. Perfect for bringing together family and friends, you’ll enjoy a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. The property accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV.

This property is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the famous Maspalomas Beach (100 m). Cafés, restaurants, and bars are 1–4 minutes away on foot (100–300 m). The supermarket is a 10-minute walk (750 m). Gran Canaria Airport is a 28-minute drive (35 km).
WiFi is suitable for video calls. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in a garage. Parties are not permitted, so the host only accepts bookings from guests over 25. Bed linens are included. A cot and high chair are provided.
