Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure with the vast array of hiking trails nearby or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this cabin provides a welcoming atmosphere. We are located directly on the sequatchie river where you can enjoy swimming, fishing or kayaking. Plenty of room to relax and explore in the farm especially if you have pets that like to stretch their legs. Please feel free to ask any questions. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

While VBRO made a major mistake and we got cut short our host was phenomenal and was quick to respond and very welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful and it was wonderful getting to bring our dogs!

I booked this cabin for a week in my hometown. I came to celebrate the memory of my father with his birthday being that week. As a child we fished all along the sequatchie river. I spent that day at Ketners mill reminiscing of those days. As I sat there a bald eagle flew above the water up in a tree above us. This cabin gave me more than just accommodations. It gave me something money can’t buy. Peaceful memories of my dad. From enjoying the beautiful scenery to sitting on the porch listening to cicadas and frogs. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a peaceful time enjoying the quiet and beautiful scenery this is it hands down.

After an emergency ended our camping plans, this VRBO was a supreme alternative. The host was highly communicative and accommodating. We brought our 70 lb dog and 19 month-old boy, both of which loved being able to explore the farm and mill. Upon booking, we weren’t even aware that we’d have access to the farm and mill, so we were pleasantly surprised. We would happily return again.

This cabin was perfect for our stay. We were fishing on nickajack and we were 10 minutes from the lake. The property is gorgeous and it is very peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location and fully equipped pod! We had a fantastic weekend on a farm. One thing though, pack a hair dryer- that’s the only thing missing. Thank you! We will come back!
