Die Lage ist perfekt, sowohl der Kniepsand, die Bushaltestelle als auch die Ortsmitte von Wittdün sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Dennoch ist es ruhig und man kann die Sonnenstunden auf der Terrasse entspannt genießen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden.
