The holiday apartment Boulevard 105 is located in Estepona and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.

The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony, which offers a wonderful view. The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, an outdoor shower, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

The fishing harbor and marina at the other end of the promenade is on a pleasant 20-30 minutes walking distance. The centre of old Estepona (10-15 minutes walk) is a fabulous network of streets full of whitewashed houses adorned with different coloured flowerpots bursting with flowering plants.

Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport. Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture. Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences. Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip.

Free parking is available on the property.

Pros: We were so lucky to have found this fantastic apartment in such a beautiful place. The owners were so helpful in their instructions and organising our taxi for the airport. We couldn’t believe how close we were to all the bars and restaurants and the service was second to none. The location to the old town was delightful. The apartment is first rate with amazing views. It is well proportioned with all the facilities needed. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We will be back there again next May for sure.

The apartment is clean and tidy, our hosts were there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything in the apartment, they also advised us to contact them if we needed anything, they were fantastic, there if you needed them but not in your face all the time. The pool area was well kept, the grass cut on a regular basis and the pool was very clean, and especially for us pale prople there is plenty shade. You are a few minutes from the centre of town and also the old town, there is a supermarket next door. It is so fantastic we woll be returning and we would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Just enjoyed a week in Jacaranda Apt 105. Lovely and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy a self catering break. Balcony overlooking the sea and quiet promenade was a favourite spot day or night. The Garden and pool area are inviting, but pool needs bit of refurb. We would have loved a couple of nice sunbeds rather than sun chairs as they were quite low but understand that with limited space the pool can't be over run with sunbeds. Lovely walk into old town and to harbour. Top notch restaurants and food at reasonable prices . Would definitely recommend and we would return. Tom a real gent and helpful and there if you needed him. Only negative - corkscrew needs changing.

Pros: Het was onze eerste ervaring met "vakantiehuizenSpanje.nl". En meteen een voltreffer. De eigenaars van dit verblijf weten wat ze doen. Op voorhand kregen we heel correcte info die 100% klopte bij aankomst. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en de huisraad is volledig. De locatie is subliem; dicht bij het strand, supermarkt en het stadscentrum. Het enige minpuntje was dat er aan dit verblijf een einde kwam toen de vakantie erop zat. We missen al het ontwaken met zicht op zee. Nogmaals bedankt Tom en Mieke!

Ljuvligt ligga i sängen och lyssna på havet. Bra läge i byn. Precis intill stor Carrefour. Gåavstånd, 10 min till centrum och många restauranger välja på. Värden hjälpsam och ger bra info vid ankomst. Hyrde strandstolar på stranden, Palm beach. Jättetrevliga och god service. Tyvärr var havet lite kallt och en del sten i vattnet. Bra det då fanns en pool även den med havsutsikt. Kan rekommendera en utflykt till Gibraltar. Ta en guidat tur med The Rock. Värd varenda krona. Estepona är en by vi gärna åter än er till flera gånger. Och även lägenheten.
