THE HONEST OVERVIEW

• Four floors means genuine privacy between bedrooms — great for groups who want to share a home without being on top of each other. The tradeoff is stairs between every level. If anyone in your group has mobility limitations please consider this before booking.



• The rooftop and balcony are highlights but neighbor bedrooms are nearby. Quiet hours are strictly observed after 10 PM — no loud music or conversations on the rooftop or balcony after that time. This is a residential townhome community and neighbors are close.



• Trash pickup is Monday. If your stay includes a Sunday night bins need to be moved to Sabine St approximately 3 feet apart — black and green bins. If Sabine St is blocked place on Ovid St instead. We typically handle this but guest assistance may occasionally be needed.



• Washer compartment may feel loose — pull gently when loading. This is cosmetic and does not affect function.
