A condo that has it all ! Two bedroom ocean front unit with sprawling views of the Atlantic Ocean and expansive Wildwood beaches that sleeps five guests. Work out facility, heated pool, community sauna, outside shower facilities, bbq area and one of only a select properties that are right on the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk. With immediate access to the 2.5 mile wooden boardwalk, endless activities await ! Elevator for access, as well as coin operated washer/dryer onsite. Tenants are responsible for ordering linens and towels, these are NOT INCLUDED in any rental periods. One parking space is assigned to unit # and tenant MUST fill our tenant form at least three days prior to arrival. VRBO Guests - a booking confirmation will be sent via email after reserving. FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING INQUIRIES: Please "ask Host" or inquire with Broker.*** All tenants are REQUIRED to fill out the Private Rental Guest Registration form 3 days prior to check in. Form is located in property documents ***Sunday to Sunday weekly, or three night minimum with HARD check out on Sunday. No “long weekends” that carry over into Monday or Tuesday.
