Villa "Casa Abuelita" with Private Pool, Garden, Terrace, A/C & Wi-Fi

Villa Casa Abuelita is located in Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. The cosmopolitan resort of Torrevieja is surrounded by the largest salt flats in Europe. The nature reserve in nearby La Mata is home to numerous bird species, including flamingos, cranes and herons. The villa impresses with a beautiful private pool with sun terrace and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the master bedroom and living-dining room, stand fans in the other bedrooms, washing machine, SAT-TV and a DVD player.

The private outdoor area has a well-maintained garden, an open terrace with seating furniture where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine. Prepare delicious meals on the grill to enjoy with your loved ones. Spend wonderful hours at the pool with outdoor shower and cool off in the water on hot summer days.

Within 3 minutes by car you can reach a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping, as well as a supermarket. The nearest beach, Playa de los Locos, is just 1 km (3-minute drive) from the accommodation. La Mata beach (5 km) has fine sand and a nice promenade. Here there are many bars and restaurants that stretch along the beach. Boat trips are offered in the port of Torreviejas. A glass bottom boat goes along the coast. There are also fishing trips or trips to the nearby island of Tabarca. A craft market invites visitors to stroll until late in the evening. Alicante airport is 42 km away (41 minutes by car).

Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in and check-out between 10pm and 6am are possible for an extra fee.

The property is located in a community, so late night parties and music are strictly prohibited.

Great pool, great air-con, good location but a bit dated

Pros: The pool was great. The air-con works (one bedroom doesn't have air con.) The location of the house means it is 1/2 hours walk to everywhere in Torrevieja - from the aquapark, shopping centre, centre of town and beach. Some nice restaurants near by. Satellite TV was excellent. Overall a clean and tidy villa - bathrooms were modern and showers very good (- apart from the odd blue sink?) Cons: The villa was nice but most of the furniture was a bit cheap and worn out - i would expect better for a villa of this price. The sofas in the living room are terrible and they need a new coffee maker, microwave & toaster.... there was an issue with a neighbours tree at the time also. Outside light didn't work which is a shame as the outside space is lovely to relax in late at night when it is cooler.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage Viel Platz und schöner Pool Schade dass wir etwa eine Woche keine WLAN Verbindung hatten. Würde das Haus für nächstes Jahr wieder mieten

Faltan sombrillas las dos que hay estaban rotas da el sol todo el día hay que poner algo para que dé un poquito de sombra las luces de fuera no van la cocina es un poquito pequeña por lo demás todo muy bien para repetir

Bon séjour

Maison tout en longueur, il faut traverser une chambre pour arriver sur la terrasse piscine. Une seule chambre climatisée en plus de la salle à manger/salon mais j'ai l'impression que ce ne serait pas un trop gros problème en été. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Grande terrasse devant permettant de garer son véhicule mais trop carrelée à mon gout ( manque de végétation ). Piscine de belle taille mais encore trop froide en Avril. La maison voisine domine avec ses trois fenêtres donnant sur toute la propriété. Pas beaucoup de couvert en cuisine. Quartier intéressant car proche de tout et toujours très calme. A 10 min à pied de la plage mais le sable est très granuleux. La maison compte 3 chambres doubles et 2 salles de bain mais convient mieux pour 4 personnes que pour 6 personnes. Voila mon avis qui peut paraitre sévère mais je recommande tout de même cette maison dont le prix est en rapport avec les services offerts et dans la norme du marché.

Pros: nous avions loué une voiture pour une semaine la 2ème semaine nous avons tout fait à pieds la maison étant à 700m de la plage et près des restaurants et de la marina de torrevieja nous avons visité alicante elche et l'île de tabbarca il nous manquait juste la piscine dans la location ( elle devrait être construite à partir du mois d'octobre)et un peu de végétation dans le jardin. Merci beaucoup à Jill la propriétaire et à Jenny qui nous a accueilli et à son mari
