In the building you'll find a gym, and outside you'll find a seasonal swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playroom and a lockable bike shed.

The apartment is located in Rogowo, right next to Lake Resko Przymorskie (50 m) and only 400 m from the sandy beach. It's a quiet, green area, ideal for walking and biking thanks to an extensive network of paths. Nearby you will also find a rope park and an amusement park, which will be an additional attraction for the youngest.
