Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the updated, fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen. Your pied-à-terre in one of Florida's best kept secrets awaits!

24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) dedicated on-site car-sized parking space is available. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking pass to be displayed at all times on your vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. One (1) parking pass is provided for use. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
