The Space:

Find a true escape in the luxe comfort of this pleasant and comfortable home located within 10 miles of downtown Sisters! This home away from home is part of the renowned Black Butte Ranch resort and grants you access to unmatched on-site amenities, including two outdoor hot tubs, two indoor pools and five seasonal outdoor pools, an indoor wading pool and children's spray ground, a sauna, 14 outdoor tennis courts (including three lighted courts), 12 regulation outdoor pickleball courts, a basketball court, a steam room, a sand volleyball court, a game room, a fitness center, and a rec center.



This retreat also enjoys a great location near the main lodge, lakeside pool, golf course, and meadow. Some must-visit attractions you can find within a short drive include Fir Street Park, The Belfry, Village Green City Park, Santiam Sno-Park, Aspen Lakes Golf Course, Hoodoo Ski Area, Ray Benson Sno-Park, and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort.



Upon entering this charming home, you will notice pleasant and minimal decor throughout along with big windows and good light. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed, updated kitchen, which has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances. When mealtime is over, climb up a short flight of stairs and retreat to the welcoming living room with carpeted floors and vaulted ceilings. Curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace and stream a fun show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. Bedrooms are all on one level, which is perfect for multi-generational families. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a gas grill.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs are allowed in Black Butte Ranch. No parking of RVs, motorhomes, or trailers of any kind is allowed.

Great stay in a nice location on the property—close to Big Meadow golf & pool. Overall experience was nice. Only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with more basics (salt/pepper/olive oil/balsamic/basic spices…..Otherwise it was an easy stay. Thank you!

Great house, clean and comfortable.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay. The house was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable. There was a very nice outdoor space, we had coffee and ate outside a lot. There was a deer hanging in our backyard. The house is very secluded in a quiet area. There was barely any people at the resort mid September. All the outdoor pools were still open to use. The resort itself is beautiful with wonderful newer facilities, pools, spas,saunas , fitness centers and they even offer fitness and art classes. Lake side pool is an area worth visiting. We observed the most beautiful sunsets there. The view is incredible and you can even fish at the little lake that’s in front of the pool with mountains in the background. Breakfast at lake side restaurant was amazing! They make good coffee there. Lunch and dinner was very mediocre. Cons: -no coffee/ tea provided, bring your own -washing machine malfunctioned, no service provided -10am check out:( Overall we had a very good time and will definitely return.

Vacasa Needs Help

We arrived to the house at our scheduled check-in time and the water was shut off to the whole house. We spent roughly four hours going back and forth with Vacasa and maintenance people in order to get the water turned back on. The maintenance guy told us that he left to go get a part that he needed and was caught off-guard by us being there because he had no idea that there was anyone scheduled to be staying there. Vacasa didn’t communicate with us what the plan was so we ended up spending the night away from the house. No water means no toilets. With a family of five, that’s not great. I was expecting some sort of credit for the inconvenience of that first night but no one seemed to be that concerned when I expressed my initial frustration. Other than that, the house was clean and fine. Good location and good separation of space.
