Clean condo. Great check-in. Beds were hard as a rock! We woke up with sore backs & neck. Tried sleeping in seperate beds the second night and the other bed was worse. We left a night early on a beautiful weekend because of the lack of sleep and ibuprofen we had to go get. We committed with host and rental place, still crickets. I would have never expected a refund but some line of communication would have been great. Kept getting automated text & email on “How is your stay.” Basically it didn’t matter to them once they got their money.

I also understand your frustration with the lack of timely follow-up after you reached out. Even when immediate solutions aren’t available during high-demand periods, you should still receive clear and responsive communication, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience. Your comments about bedding comfort and guest communication have been noted and will be shared with the appropriate teams for review. We appreciate you acknowledging the clean condition of the condo and smooth check-in, but I understand that those positives were outweighed by the rest of your experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps identify where we need to do better for future guests.
