The Space:

Countless comforts of home will have you ready to extend your stay when you arrive at Sea Sea Rider! This first-floor condo at The Retreat has been beautifully renovated with guests in mind, providing both quick access to the beach and the privacy of a gated community.



The bright interior is beaming with joyful sunlight, offering a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. No detail has been overlooked, including complimentary WiFi, TVs with Roku streaming service, and quality decor. Stay in one evening and make a feast for your small group in the beautiful kitchen, or walk to one of the restaurants located less than a block away. Your stay also includes use of the community pool and pool house. Come on down and join us for an unforgettable Edisto Beach vacation!

This home has Exterior Security Cameras.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The Retreat community pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.

Important Golf Cart Information: There is no outlet available under the unit for charging an electric golf cart. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, please make sure to rent a gas-powered one.

Overall everything was great! Very clean throughout the entire house, very nice kitchen appliances, nice clean bathrooms and bedrooms great stay. Only problem the TV in the bedroom with the twin beds wasn't working but overall everything was great. Love the location as well

We have been traveling to Edisto for years including camping at the State Park. This was our first condo. And it was fantastic. The condo was clean, had all the amenities, and included cleaning services. We experienced no issues and were extremely happy with everything. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a great location! We loved this place and would stay here again. Close to all the shops and food and beach. We loved sitting out on the porch drinking coffee. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for 3 teenage boys.

Beach Comfort

Loved this place. The porch was pretty magical - able to sit and listen to the ocean and the wind in the trees. Pool was great, easy access to the beach and the state park and everything else.

Great location!

Super easy walk to the beach. Perfect accommodations for our family of 5- loved having 3 bathrooms! We walked to dinner every night. Kitchen was recently updated and beautiful.

Fall vacation

Plenty of room, clean and welcoming environment. Close to the beach and store so we walked basically everywhere. Fully stocked kitchen.
