The interior's inviting, open-concept floor plan is thoughtfully designed for family gatherings and comes fully furnished for complete home comfort. The stainless steel kitchen is well-equipped with all the major appliances and accessories for at-home meal planning. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This building is not equipped with elevators. Stairs are required to access this condo.

This retreat is adjacent to All About Cats, a cat sanctuary. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group is allergic.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Unassigned parking is available at each building.

Purchase your parking pass at the security gate.

25.00 for the first vehicle and 25.00 for an additional vehicle. Credit/Debit card only.

Number of vehicles allowed is two.



Other Things to Note:

The Spa on Port Royal community does not permit e-bikes. Please also note that there is no elevator access, and the unit is accessible by stairs.
