The popular Folly Field Beach Park is 350 yards away from you; here you'll find all the services a beachgoer expects when going to the beach–restrooms, outdoor showers, and seasonal beach rentals, for umbrellas, chairs, and other sandy supplies on an hourly or daily basis!



This darling, third-floor family-friendly condo has it all for a breezy stay! A private balcony awaits with two comfortable chairs and a small coffee table - this is a great spot to start your day with a steamy cup of your favorite beverage. The inviting living area hosts a comfortable sectional in front of a smart TV with cable and streaming options. Nothing says vacation like snuggling on the sofa with your loved ones and streaming a favorite series! The well-appointed kitchen has all major appliances and all the cookware needed to surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes. A dishwasher will make post-meal clean up a breeze. There is a four-person dining table for family meals and a small coffee bar/wet bar section with a coffee maker, plenty of cups, and a sink. This air-conditioned escapade has two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom.

Folly Beach Get-a-way

We had a perfect long weekend for our girls get-a-way for my daughter, niece (both teens), and me. We could walk to the beach, and we were within driving distance to all the local attractions and the grocery store for yummy snacks. Everything was great and I would definitely book again!

Went to visit Hilton head with my two boys great location, close to the beach and golf courses however, a few things didn't work in the apartment and only one of the three things got fixed. The balcony was disgusting and filthy cobweb spiders mold.

Property was beautiful, apartment was very clean and decorated just as beautiful. Greeted right away by our host. Only complaint, lady at the guard shack is very rude when we arrived and left with me trying to go by the instructions I was given to do by the book. and the refrigerator could be colder. Other than that it is definitely a return place to stay.

Exactly as pictured. They had everything needed including beach items. My girls loved the boogie board. They provided small travel shampoo, conditioner, & body soap also had dishwasher detergent. Towels when we arrived that were shaped into shells which was cute. We had blast at the walking distance beach. We also Loved the gated community.

Really enjoyed how quiet it was. Very clean. Nice amenities. Gym or recreation area not much to it .I used the elliptical . There was no one at the gate on arriving, but he cama later on and assisted me with the door code. I forgot the password to the gate on coming back from the beach on the first day and the lady at the gate was rude about letting me in.The blinds in the master bedroom could be better. I will definitely come back next visit though.

The owners take very good care of this lovely condominium. All the details have been tended to very nicely. It was neat and clean, with everything there that was needed to get started, soap for dishes and paper towels. Soap and shampoo too. Even dishwashing pods. There were an abundance of beach toys and beach chairs.They even had a child puddle-jumper for safety in the pools that are part of Fiddler's Cove. I really appreciated the thought that went into all these things. The beach was a quick walk of 2 blocks and in a very nice area.It was really beautiful and we enjoyed our stay at unit 3i.

A wonderful stay!

The condominium 3i was neat and clean, and tastefully furnished. All the details were tended to, and they thought of everything. Soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing pods, paper towels, and even hand dish soap. I was not expecting all these things. They also provided beach chairs, children's beach toys, and sand shovels. Even a flashlight! It is a quick walk, (less than 1.5 blocks) to the beach entrance which has showers to rinse off the sand once you leave the beach. There is a lovely lagoon, and they even laid down cloth mats all the way from the road to the beach. It was a lovely stay and I thank everyone who who did their part to make this a wonderful trip to Hilton Head Island.
