Beachfront Complex - 3 Pools & Tennis - King Bed

Our newly renovated Villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all new furnishings, luxury linens, smart TV, charging stations and Samsung appliances. We are on the third floor (no elevator) and overlook the tennis courts. It is only a leisurely, 10 min walk through the shaded lagoon area, past the two outdoor pools to the natural sandy beach! Our unit is ideal for two couples or a small family. We have sleeping for 4 available.

The Spa on Port Royal Sound: A waterfront community located directly on Port Royal Sound. This 21 acre, 268 villa, gated complex has 24 hour security and offers stunning grounds with every amenity you can think of. Two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball, outdoor grills, playground, picnic tables, walking paths, shuffleboard, beach access, and a Pier!

Located mid-island away from the crowds, this getaway is nestled between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park. Find public beaches, 20 golf courses, excellent dining, movie theaters, and shopping nearby. Coligny Beach is just a 20-minute drive and features free parking, shops, and restaurants.

Connecting directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails, enjoy direct access to bike paths that cover virtually the entire island!

Rental includes a STARTER supply of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, lotion, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Determine for yourself if you need to bring additional items.

** Third Floor - NO ELEVATOR

**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.

Villa White Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.

Beach towels provided, YOU MUST WASH AND RETURN TO BASKET, housekeeping does not launder those.

Clean condo, great community with lots of amenities and good location! Property Manager, Beth, was friendly and quick to respond.
Watching the sunset from the pier was one of our favorites.

Great winter getaway

My two girlfriends and I had a very relaxing long weekend here. Great location on an otherwise crowded island and the condo was perfect. Nice walk to a private beach and I love that there is a nonprofit supported feral cat sanctuary on the property as I love cats :-)

Oasis at Hilton Head

Older property with 2 outdoor pools and one (closed at this time for maintenance)indoor pool. Very updated and clean villa with everything we needed for our short stay. Owner very receptive. River beach access to explore coastal tides.

We had a wonderful vacation! The place beautifully decorated and clean. The check in process at the gate was the only issue. The security guard at the gate didn’t have the new property owner/rental property manager name listed on the condo.

Quite setting for Hilton Head

We enjoyed the quite setting of this property. It is on the north side of the island away from the traffic and craziness of the main area. We loved the beach, especially at low tide. If I came back to Hilton Head, this would be a repeat for us! The condo is comfortable and a great stay for a family.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. The apartment was beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided including beach chairs and umbrella. The location was amazing and walking distance to a beautiful, natural beach. Low tide was quite an experience! I would 100% like to stay here again.

We had a great stay and everything was clean. We did have one little hiccup the last night before we left. We washed clothes and I was planning on putting everything in the dryer as everyone got ready and packed up the car but when I opened the washer, the water had not drained, so I had to ring them out and put them in a trash bag to take home to take care of them there. But everything was provided and we had a great time and the host, Beth was absolutely wonderful. I kept her abreast of everything that was going on.

We had a great time at this property. It met our needs perfectly. The property was exactly as advertised - very clean and up to date. I sent a message to Beth right after we booked and she was very responsive. There was really no additional communications after we arrived as everything was great. Reasonably priced restaurant options nearby. Close to grocery stores. Loved riding our bikes on the nearby beaches.

Great location with beach access. Unit was spotless, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Very quite at night and we felt very safe and secure in a gated community. This was our 2nd stay at this property and will stay again in the future.

A Lovely Condo

We loved this condo for our couples getaway. It was perfect for 2 couples with a queen and king bedroom and our own separate bathrooms. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The natural beach was beautiful to explore and we drove to Bradley Beach for swimming time. We also loved the shaded cooler pool on the property. You won’t be disappointed in this property.

Great family vacation

We stayed in this adorable condo for a week. There was plenty to do for my kids(10, 8). We swam in the pools, played tennis, bags, and shuffleboard. The condo was immaculately clean and the host thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. It was hard to leave. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway

Really enjoyed the unit. It was well kept and updates were apparent and appreciated! Complex as a whole was a little dated, but this individual unit was not! Beach was beautiful, definitely more of a nature beach (as was described). Wear water shoes! Great location to many HHI attractions. Thanks for the great getaway!

Wonderfully Quiet Getaway

This property was everything it was advertised to be. It was very comfortable, quiet and safe. The unit was very nicely decorated and was perfect for two couples to enjoy a New Year's stay on Hilton Head. The natural beach was a highlight and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the spa and sauna in the clubhouse. It was peaceful and relaxing. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Beth!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at The Spa at Port Royal Sound! The unit was even nicer than depicted. It certainly had everything we needed for our stay. Beth did an outstanding job decorating the unit and making it clean, comfortable and cozy. The proximity to Fish Haul Creek Beach for sunset and daily walks was priceless. Beth went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
