Puerto Banus Beachfront3, Golf, family In Puerto Banús, the holiday apartment "Puerto Banus3 Sandy Beachside" is conveniently located close to the beach. The 1-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), centralized air conditioning, 2 hairdryers, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. Furthermore, a shared gym is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of 3 pools (open all year), a garden with access to the beach, garden furniture, children's pools and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Guests also get access to the Ocean Club from our garden gate, directly on the beach. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 178m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 254m. Pros: We highly recommend this apartment and excellent location. The staff on site were friendly and security staff were vigilant. This holiday can be as quiet or as lively as you want it to be. The apartment is first class and has everything you need ranging from very clean pots, pans, cutlery, glasses etc to washing machine and tumble drier if you need it. We would definitely like to revisit!

The grounds of the apartment were looked after beautifully. The accommodation was very clean and spacious with all the appliances we could want. The beach and night life were a short walk away. Both myself and my friends would recommend this accommodation, in fact we are hoping to book again very soon.

Location only a few minutes from the beach and restauarants. The garden area was large and I can imagine it being very full during warmer periods.m It was very secure and would reccomend this to anyone.

Pros: My family and I stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment for 1 week. The apartment was excellent offering us everything we needed, home from home! It was immaculate, comfortable, spacious and with WI-FI and satalite television my kids were very happy! The facilities offered here are second to none, the gardens were beautiful and maintained to an excellent standard, the pools were also a huge hit with the kids and having a 2 minute walk to our own private entrance onto the beach was also a big hit. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment and all the shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment and will book again for future holidays, the only negative i have was that i didnt book for 2 weeks. The owners were terrific and all emails/queries were answered immediatley with help offered for transfers etc and nothing seemed to be a bother. Excellent holiday, thank you.

Just got home from a lovely holiday in Puerto Banus staying in Playas del Duque for the 2nd year run

Pros: Just got home from a lovely holiday in Puerto Banus staying in Playas del Duque for the 2nd year running. We have 2 small children and find the apartment a home from home, UK TV being an important factor with two small children. Another big bonus being that you can walk straight onto the beach and into the Port from the apartment via the beautiful gardens and pool areas. The apartment is very well equipped and you feel very secure there with 24hr security and concierge service. We would recomend this holiday home to all our friends and family.

Pros: We had a super week in Puerto Banus. The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything required for a vacation. One of the bathrooms has a walk in shower, which is ideal for a disabled person. We hired a shower stool, from Danny at Hola Mobility, together with a mobility scooter, which fitted in the lift perfectly, & a wheelchair for my mum. There was plenty of room in the apartment to park both chair & scooter without them getting in the way. Access down to the car park was via the lift & there are plenty of ramps throughout the apartment grounds. The gardens are beautiful & so peaceful, & there is easy access onto the beach front where you can find plenty of bars & restaurants.

Excellent communication and so helpful, this continued throughout our stay, including a bottle of wine delivered to the apartment for us to celebrate our anniversary, even to check we had arrived home safely. The apartment was superb, high quality fittings, a great size especially for just the 2 of us. Would be perfect for a family too. Everything you need is in the apartment. Comfortable beds, lots of storage and big bathrooms. The grounds were immaculate, beautiful gardens with rivers, pond and wildlife. Although the pools were not open, it is December, they looked stunning and well cared for. There is a few restaurants and bars on site too, these were not open again because it is December.The location is also perfect for the beach, the board walk takes you to the port and all the restaurants. We have been going to Puerto Banus for 30 years and a lot in the last 15 years so we know the area well this apartment is such a great location for the port, the supermarket, the beach, the clubs and bars, the Saturday Market and bus stops to other areas, all within walking distance.I would definitely recommend both the apartment and Nael and Angela.A truly relaxing break, will be booking again.

M.u.a. av något litet problem som snabbt löstes var vistelsen perfekt med Angela och Niall enbart ett mail borta, mycket snabba svar vilket alltid är välkommet. Våningen var som beskrivet även om vi saknade någon form av sol och/eller havsutsikt, dock var vi medvetna om detta, men något som man bör vara medveten om. Om man vill vara mitt i "smeten" kan jag rekommendera Niall och Angela och vad de erbjuder.

The washing machine, coffee maker, fridge, iron, oven and the microwave were available and were in working condition, in fact everything was as described. Bed sheets & towels were clean. The place is very safe, family friendly, close to the bus stop. There is a life guard at the swimming pool and a very nice restaurant and cafe by the pools. The apartment overall is well maintained & nicely decorated. The living room had a nice & spacious balcony. Would definitely recommend to all.

Pros: One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. Immacutely clean and with plenty of space for a family of four to spread out. Beautiful views of the garden and what a stunning garden it is. Three large pools and two friendly restaurants to choose from, paradise for the children. An excellent location for those travelling without a car - plenty of reliable buses to Marbella and San Pedro just a short walk away. Communication with Angela and Niall was effective and pleasant from start to finish. They have a superb apartment and we feel very lucky that we had the opportunity to stay here.

Angela and Nael are very good as owners, quick to respond to any questions and returning our deposit the day after we got home. I would definitely recommend any of their properties to anyone.
