The 210 m² villa Casa Ye is located in El Poble Nou de Benitatxell and boasts a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), as well as air conditioning in the living room, the dining room, and in 4 bedrooms; a DVD player, satellite television, a washing machine, and children's books and toys are also included. Children are allowed and both a high chair and a baby bed are available for an extra fee.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue.
The villa is just a 3 to 10 minute (1.25 to 4.4 km) drive from the nearest restaurant, cafe, bar, and supermarket. Scenic Cala del Moraig beach is a 6 minute (2.3 km) drive from the villa. Valencia Airport is a 1 hour and 28 minute (130 km) drive from the villa.

Pros: Très belle villa, très agréable, toute équipée. Propriétaire adorable et très disponible. Quartier très calme. Jolie région très vallonnée et montagneuse pour faire de la randonnée. Pour aller à la plage, il faut prendre la voiture. Petites criques très sympa pour se baigner, prévoir chaussures de plages, masques et tubas!!

Estupendas vacaciones en familia
Pros: Nos recibió Suzanna que ha sido muy atenta en todo momento. Hemos viajado 2 familias con hijos adolescentes y han disfrutado mucho con la piscina. La casa resulta muy cómoda. Tiene 4 dormitorios y 3 baños completos en la planta inferior, la de la piscina. Los 2 dormitorios con cama de matrimonio tienen el baño en suite y acceso directo a la piscina. En la planta superior hay un cómodo salón, una cocina muy bien equipada, un comedor, un aseo y una gran terraza con vistas al mar que es una maravilla. Es una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa por tanto la recomiendo para familias, no para grupos de amigos que pueden ser más ruidosos. Cons: En la zona de la piscina no hay mucho espacio pero se compensa con la gran terraza de arriba donde tienes mesa de comedor, sillones y tumbonas para pasar ratos agradables todos juntos. Se deberían cambiar las almohadas, son muy incómodas. La barbacoa no resulta cómoda porque la rejilla es muy pesada y cuesta mucho levantarla para poner el carbón. Además se acumula mucho humo porque el tiro es poco eficiente.
