Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 16 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. The stove in the main room, the rooms have central heating, bathroom with underfloor heating and radiators. The entrance is ground level and with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:

Horní Maršov, 600 m ASL. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
