Walk to cafés, restaurants, and local favorites, then unwind in your own quiet space with a private 2-car garage. Ocean Beach is one of San Diego’s most vibrant and laid-back coastal neighborhoods, known for its surf culture, walkability, and local charm. From the property, you’re just steps from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques in the area, with the beach only a short walk away. Spend your days exploring the OB Farmers Market, catching sunsets at Sunset Cliffs, or simply enjoying the easygoing, beach-town atmosphere.

The East Cove is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is one of two matching townhomes at Seaside Square, each with its own separate entrance, private garage, and private outdoor spaces. While the neighboring townhome has a similar layout, each unit is fully private, giving guests their own comfortable space to relax and settle in. *Central A/C and Heat*

Inside, the home offers an easy, functional layout for couples, families, and small groups, with 2 well-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room for added flexibility.

The townhome’s 2 private balconies add to the experience, creating extra space to enjoy a quiet morning coffee, unwind after the beach, or take in the laid-back feel of Ocean Beach.

Located toward the back of the property, Unit A feels a bit more tucked away while still being just steps from downtown OB and a short walk to the beach. It also includes a private 2-car garage, which is a huge bonus in this part of Ocean Beach.

As part of Seaside Square, this home is located on a shared property with other units on site. The courtyard, laundry room, and beach shed are shared amenities used by guests staying in the other homes as well.

This home is in Ocean Beach which is located near the San Diego International Airport flight path. There is a flight curfew between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM. We also provide sound machines in each room for your comfort.
