The fireplace and kid-friendly table guards make this a safe space for families, while the semi-private office nook gives remote workers a dedicated workspace with WiFi. A 2000-watt backup power supply is available for emergencies or unique needs.

The famous 17-Mile Drive entrance is 15 minutes south through Pebble Beach, offering jaw-dropping coastal views and golf courses. The Monterey-Salinas Transit bus system serves the area, with stops near Golden Oaks for car-free exploring.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: Communal laundry in the complex, accepts credit cards (not coins)

• Parking: 1 car maximum in garage

• Additional street parking available for daytime guests — please monitor posted restrictions

• Kitchen includes water filtration on cold water tap

• 2000-watt backup power supply available for emergency or unique use

• Fireplace and table guards installed for child safety

• Utility deposit: $500/month due before check-in. After your stay, utilities are deducted from the deposit and the remainder is refunded. If utilities exceed $500/month, guests cover the difference. Water is the most expensive utility in Monterey Bay. Please conserve for a couple reasons!
