For shared use: swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.). Tennis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Téléphérique" 800 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint-Gervais les Bai" 13 km. Skisport facilities 2.7 km, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 2.7 km, ice rink 9.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
1-room studio 21 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating, boiler. Small terrace, north facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking at 75 m. Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. 60 steps to access the residence. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
